Three interviews with three different groups. First was good and was pushed to second. Second was a small team with random questions. Final interview was with a VP. All went well and all said I was a good fit. Didn't hear anything for a week or two even though I checked in. Two months later, I got the standard rejection letter.

Question 1
Questions centered around job functions but shifted over time. As an example, employee relations was not part of the job description but was a job function named in the interview and asked about. Responsibilities of the shared services group shifted with each interview. Leaders did not communicate throughout the process and with the result of the interview process coming in an email after the job was reposted and with multiple formatting and typo issues in the email itself.
