Quick round of interviews that lasted a week and then led to a job offer. First interview was with the manager of the position—questions weren’t difficult, they just wanted to understand my level of experience, whether I showed interest, and any role-relevant achievements. Second interview was with the Growth VP and the manager from the first interview. Very standard interview with no curveballs. I believe my questions are what landed with the Growth VP, which led to a job offer.
