The interview process has 3 steps. Phone interview, onsite interview, and then one last phone interview. There are no trick questions asked here. They are just looking for a self motivated person who has energy and enthusiasm. Being very professional is a must. Dress your best. Slacks and a blazer is something that is commonly wore by everyone in the office. Make eye contact and make sure you understand the company and how important it is. And above all things BE CONFIDENT.
