interview process comprised of 4 hr rounds.first was a simple round about whereabouts in front of a group of candidates,second was a personal hr round and a bit tough as the hr taking interview checks your perseverance quality and your critical point.3rd round was with the director with the company who is very cool by the way.they told me to come next week from the day of interview for final round but when i went there they told that you are on hold.That took me like a hurricane as even after getting selected they put me on hold.salary which they were offering was good though and both side cab.
