Started with having to record a video answering questions about why you would be a good fit for the company. Second is a culture fit/Hr type interview. Then (and this is as far as I got) is a take-home assignment to make a weather app. The assignment doesn't have any requirements other than 'make a weather app and make it good'
Was told that the app wasn't good enough, asked for more detailed feedback, and was ghosted.
From what I can see they've been hiring for this role for a while for a while. I think they probably a process that isn't sensible as ultimately this is a front end development role and not rocket science.
