First, it was a phone screening then an aptitude test right after. After finishing the aptitude test which isn't very hard, I thought I could continue with the coding test because that's what the guy told me. After two to three weeks, I still have not get a contact from them so I follow up with an email and right there and then they rejected me... I thought it was the perfect job for me but the people there to not care much more about their candidates.
