I did not know about this company so I did not intend to apply. HR approached me via LinkedIn and advised that my profile caught her eyes then she encouraged me to apply. I quickly replied and asked "if company is will to sponsor or not" (as I am international student) but no reply. One day later, I decided to apply (as it only took me 3 mins to submit it). HR quickly set up an interview. During the phone call interview, HR ran through basic questions then advised that this position was too senior for me. Also, I asked "if company is willing to sponsor or not" then HR advised "NO". Ok, what is the point here guys? You just wasted 30 minutes of my life (and yours). Such as painful experience!
