You submit your application through their website or job board like indeed and you receive an email stating if they'd like to move forward in the interview process or not. If they decide to proceed they will send you and email asking you to pick an interview time slot for a video zoom interview. The lady who did my interview was extremely nice and she asked standard questions about my work history. If they decide to move forward from their you will receive another interview request from upper management for a final interview via phone, zoom, or in-person depending on their availability. If you get accepted beyond that I suppose you're hired.
