A bit strange. Hiring manger reached out to me first with no screening interview by HR/recruiting. Had two interviews with the second requiring me to put together a case study and presentation. THEN I heard from recruiting/HR and they could not meet my salary expectations. So a bit of a waste of time. Wouldn’t have been so had they done proper screening first.

They didn't understand basic cost analysis. Upon showing them a sample of my work they said "well, you've shown you can do math that I can't". Utterly atrocious. Filler word.

Simple interview process but they truly didn’t seem interested in learning more about me or my background. Didn’t seem like they really knew what they were doing. Questions were very odd

Interview process was fairly difficult with multiple people asking technical inquiries. The individuals leading the interview were professional and easy to talk to. However, after the third interview there was a hiring freeze and they could not extend an offer.
