Applied online, and within a week or so I was called and asked to come in for an interview. Straight forward interview normal questions asked, the hiring manager did make a comment about my family living far away and she seemed unsure if she wanted to hire me because I'd want time off to see them. I told her I can see them weekends as my position was M-F so it would be fine. That should have been red flag #1 I should have noticed.
