For candidates in their first F2F interview that we think show some potential as the interview goes on, we have trialled saving the candidate's time of needing to come back for a 2nd round F2F interview by introducing them to another relevant Director of the business so they can meet the candidate for the 1st time. I understand now how this could change the dynamic in the 1st interview so we have improved our interview process to ensure we manage expectations clearly next time. Thank you again for the feedback.
