Found this very thorough and was able to ask lots of questions about the job itself plus the company culture. In the second interview I had to complete an hour computer task in the open plan office working along side other team members. This gave me more of an insight into the working environment and culture. The last and more informal interview was with the Managing Director who wanted to get to know more about me and personality.
