Two stage interview process. Interviewer was borderline passive aggressive using language not appropriate for interview. Unclear on whether role was analyst/admin level.. company to confirm before interviewing candidates. Unstructured recruitment process which is a shame as the company seems exciting. Seems under resourced in back office roles. Accepted to final round but this hire has been open for some time which is always a big red flag. Advice to Puma - be more open minded and be clear on what the job involves and why you are making a hire into the team.

Interviews conducted online and in person. Some good technical questions asked and definitely attempted to understand me as a person to day whether a good fit for the firm. Psychometric test required ahead of the final interview.
