Received a phone interview and then a second interview in person. Very easy going, no pressure. Just a regular interview talking about yourself and skills. Definitely a waste of time honestly, especially if they know they're not going to choose you.

The interview was pretty straight forward. No difficult questions. They followed my sales history from my resume and asked why I was a good fit for the job. They asked is I was self motivated and able to work on and set goals for my own success.

The interview process was quick and easy. I applied to the job by emailing my resume to the head sales manager and she called me for a brief simple phone screening and then scheduled me to come in for an interview. I spoke with three different people and then was told they wanted to write me an offer
