Entretien
Two stages. Started with a recruiter call covering background, interest in the role, and general fit - 15 to 30 minutes, straightforward and conversational.
The second round was more technical, conducted via video call, with managers and leaders. Covered troubleshooting scenarios, architecture, and design relevant to the role. The interviewers were sharp and clearly experienced - the kind of people who ask precise questions because they genuinely understand the work at a deep level.
