This was a couple years ago now, but I went through two separate interview processes with Puffco. The first time, I went through FOUR individual interviews, only to get denied with zero reason or follow-up. The second time (about a year later), I made it through the second interview where I mentioned I had been interviewed before. Everything was going great until I mentioned that. Then the next day they rejected me. Zero reasons or follow up. No professionalism whatsoever.

The interview team was friendly, engaging, and I genuinely enjoyed my conversations throughout the process. My primary frustration stemmed from the lack of communication following several rounds of interviews, including a panel interview that lasted more than three hours and involved multiple team members.
After those interviews, communication dropped off significantly. Weeks of silence eventually turned into more than a month without any status updates, responses to my follow-ups, or indication of where I stood in the process. As a result, I was left completely in the dark regarding my candidacy.
I understand that hiring processes can be lengthy and subject to change. However, given the significant time commitment involved, I would have appreciated some form of transparency regarding the timeline and status. Even a brief update would have helped set expectations and demonstrated respect for candidates' time and effort.
