Very brief process of meeting the store managers and other staff. Asked about customer service background and what I am looking for. Also stated how the training process will take place if hired.
East interview, greeted by assistant manager. Very friendly staff as well. Thirty minutes no more than forty minutes. Also got to meet the store manager, great environment overall. Dressed business casual
This is one of the easiest interviews I’ve encountered. Be yourself, it’ll take you far. They love someone who wants to tend to the customer at almost any cost, a team player, and one who takes time management seriously.
