Very casual. I spoke with both pharmacists, who asked a few questions about when I would be able to start, my potential scheduled days, and basic interview questions. It took place in the computer room upstairs and lasted approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

Easy, conversational. Questions were expected for any retail position. Experience on customer service, difficult scenarios, how you would react in certain situations. Overall easygoing process. It was a phone interview. Did not need to go in.

Entretien
It was a two-part interview with two different departments. I thought both went well, but one of the interviewers was unprofessional in that they bragged about being late regularly and that they did not have clear expectations for their team on timeliness, attendance, or cooperation.

Entretien
They care about how well you work in a team and your ability to deliver outstanding customer service. Overall it was a smooth process and wasn’t overly stressful. I had a short phone screen and then an in-person interview.
