Sit in an office with the customer service manager and or the store manager or asst store manager.
They ask you the typical interview questions, just try to answer honestly and in a happy cheerful manner.

Question 1
Name a time when you had a troubled customer, how did you defuse the situation and fully resolve it?
Asked what I knew about the company. Interviewer was impressed I knew the founder and when it was founded. The interview was very easy and no prior work experience was needed.
Really was easy. Basically the only question asked was why I wanted to work there. I basically just said because I’ve always enjoyed going to Publix growing up and seeing all the employees with a smile made me know it was a good place to work.

I applied online and I showed up at the job fair in both March to learn about the company and April to actually do my interview. It was for a new store they are opening in Rolesville.
