J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Publix (Daytona Beach, FL) en mai 2018
Entretien
It was pretty good. I went to a job fair for Publix, and I received a call back for a 1 on 1 interview a couple of days later. I thought I was going to be interviewed for cashier or bagger but the store manager wanted me to work as a bakery clerk, I was a little hesitant at first because I had never done professional baking or anything close to it but he explained that all it was; was that I would be filling orders, helping the bakers prepare stuff, write on the cakes, and making sure everything was nice and neat for the customers. I accepted the job offer and was told to come back in the next day to do a pre-hire drug screen, and I was told the results would be back in a couple of days and I can set up for my pre-orientation, where I fill out the paperwork and learn when and where my orientation would take place. I’m hoping everything goes really well because everyone made me feel welcomed and they were very nice.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Basic interview questions, such as; availability, work experience, why do you want to work here, stuff like that
J'ai postulé en personne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Publix
Entretien
Fairly simple, just be transparent and be as flexible as you can. When I applied, I was starting college, and I had no previous job experience. Can't speak for all Publix's, but will train, just don't expect them to hold your hand, and they will let you fend for yourself.

Entretien
one interview with a store manager and a department manager. More of just a vibes interview especially if your in high school/college. just dress professional and don't be weird. also have an answer for basic questions like "why do you want to work for Publix"
Very easy. Simple questions and basic interview questions. Nothing tricky. Just call back to follow up since the managers seem to forget to call sometimes. There is only one interview process before they call and let you know.
