It was pretty easy. They just want to know that you put customer service on top of everything else. Be sure to mention that the customer and their satisfaction goes above everything. They care about the customers a lot.

Very short and Easy process. Talked with the store manager for around 30 minuets in total for the interview. Several position was offered, however pay was not negotiated during the process.
