We record for two reasons: - Asynchronicity (Shared with hiring manager internally or use for note-taking later) - Continuous learning (being able to look back and find points of improvement in our presentation and communication) Note: you can request not to record a meeting or for the recording to be deleted after the process is closed, or you can ask us for the recordings to review them and learn too ;) Regarding the assignment, we do provide sensitive information during this stage, to bring you as close to the actual work experience as possible, hence the NDA. We have never, and will never use any assignment as internal work. All our assessments are purely for assessment purposes.
