1. I got a call from the HR of Sapient and she arrange an interivew for me in Mumbai. 2. I have gone there as the location given to me for interview but that was a shop called as Reliance Web World in chruchgate. 3. Lot of Noise is there. 4. The person whose contact no and name is there on mail with Venue details is not availabe there. 5. I called him more than 5 times and he didn't pick up the call. 6. Now i talk to the guy who is there and he told you can go as there is no machined is avaible for you to give test. 7. This happens 3 time but on3rd time they give me machine i have appeared for the exam means two online test one is for 45 mins and other is for 1 hour but they give only 45 min to appear both the test. 8. I have completed my both test and left. 9. I got an mail from HR and stated that i have cleared the Test and now i have appeared for the technical interivew and web cam interview. 10. On technical interview two guys are there. They ask me about my current project about QTP and some basic question of QA it take near about 50 mins and then leastly they ask me sapient i told them what i know about the company. 11. I got a mail fom HR stated that i will get my result on Monday March 14 2011. 12. On 15th march i got a mail that "Unfortunately you haven’t cleared the technical interview with us". THIS IS THE BEST INTERVIEW I HAD IN RECENT PAST AND NOT CLEARED SOUNDS VERY BAD BOTH THE GUYS WHO TAKE MY INTERVIEW TOLD ME THAT YOUR INTERVIEW IS GREAT AND MAY I HABE TO APPEAR FOR HR ROUND NEXT WEEK. THIS IS VERY DISGUSTING THAT AFTER TAKING A MONTH AND SEND A STUPID MAIL LIKE "Unfortunately you haven’t cleared the technical interview with us". THIS IS VERY VERY BAD THIS IS A VERY PETHATIC EXPERINCE OF INTERVIEW WITH SAPIENT AS THE INTERVIWER IS NOT SHOWER ABOUT WHAT HE HAS TO ASKED TO THE INTERVIWE. AFTER ALL THIS I HAVE CALLED MANY TIME TO BOTH THE HR (CELL NO)BUT THEY DIDN'T PICK UP MY CALL AND EVEN AFTER SENDING MAIL NO REPLY.
