Very structured and they follow up immediately to schedule a 2nd round of interviews. The hiring manager and recruiter are aligned during the process. I have had other interviews with other agencies where the recruiter calls you but is unable to get a 2nd interview in a timely manner with the hiring manager.

The interview process followed a standard format. Initially, I was invited to the office to work on a business case study, with a duration of three hours. 2 days later, the second round was scheduled, during which the HR informed me that I would need to present my case study and connect it with my real-time project experience.
