It was a telephonic interview that was focused on my past experience and skills I developed while working there. General questions about handling manpower and decision making. 2 rounds of interview were conducted.

The interview went very smoothly. It was about hypothetical situations first and then HR questions. 2 Interviewers, good questions about leadership, team management, following contradictory orders, etc. Was confident and gave supporting answers.
