Technical Round I had the worst experience! It was a 35min interview in which the intro part (about him and the company, about me and my experience)was for 10 mins.He asked like 4-5 questions and then he started discussing about ctc .He offered me the same ctc as my last ctc in my previous company. He was literally trying to brainwash me and the role he offered also was for an “Associate “role for an experienced person 🙂. Also , he demotivated me a lot of times during the interview, he emphasised too much on my break. But now l could sense why he did that, his strategy was to make me feel all worthless, and take up whatever he offered.
