Journey started in June'2020. Started with 2 online test. Then back to back interviews.
I gave more than 8 rounds. Before each round I get to know it will be the last.
My interviews were getting scheduled again and again until I give up or I get rejected. Middle of the hiring process I was asked to complete my AWS Architect certification and thats it.
So I took this challenge and finished it in 10 days. After that interview process continues.
Finally 2nd last round was functional. After that 1 round left.
On the last round(8th one) I was asked 4 question, it last for 20 mins. DONE.
Result came after 5 days and I got rejected.
All these motivations and confidence ended with a whatsapp message form HR.
" Panel decided not to proceed, Better luck next time".
Demotivated experience. :(

It was bad, interviewer was asking questions continuously and even after giving all answers she rejected my application, so it was not a good experience for me hence no recommendation from my side.

Entretien
First they gave a very lengthy assignment to build a news slicing system with frontend in react and backend using Java spring boot, with whole host of features and principles.
They took one round on the project.
And another round on Microservices.
After acing everything they rejected me because I didn't have experience in AWS, as if that would have taken me 10 years to learn on the job.
I am glad I didn't join a company that is so orthodox about their requirements, and don't trust and value the concept of learning on the job.
Pretty sure that with this attitude, they'd have expected things to be done before they are assigned.
