J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Publicis Sapient (New Delhi) en avr. 2020
Entretien
It was a telephonic round. Dude taking interview was hardly enthusiastic. It appeared like he was not interested to waste his weekend on taking an interview. He was well prepared with wide range of theory questions available on the internet - trying hard to phrase the questions indirectly. The questions were vague, broad and were mostly open ended. For example - how to create multiple rules with ability to override some of it? (Yes, No preface or context given to the question). No kind words used like ThankYou, great, good, sorry, please etc. A bot would've delivered the questions perfectly. I seriously hope Sapient appoints the right panel to hire talent for their esteemed organization.

Very smooth process, with 4 stages. I enjoyed the core values stage the most. It's clear that this is important to them, and ensuring you're a right fit for the company.

The interview process followed a standard format. Initially, I was invited to the office to work on a business case study, with a duration of three hours. 2 days later, the second round was scheduled, during which the HR informed me that I would need to present my case study and connect it with my real-time project experience.
