The interview process was well planned. The issue at least in my case was that the role and it's expectations did not seem to align with what the recruiter was saying and what the hiring/BU leaders were talking about. The recruiter was more interested in "making a sale". No kidding but that's the term he used in one of the final steps of the interview process.
