J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Publicis Sapient (Boston, MA)
Entretien
I was first contacted by a woman in HR. She asked me some basic questions about my background and why I was looking to leave my current company. She indicated that they were looking to hire someone who was a JavaScript guru which I found odd because the job posting didn't mention that. I told her I wasn't a guru but she said it shouldn't be too big of a deal. The next day I spoke with the person who would have been my boss. We talked for about 40 minutes and I reiterated that I wasn't a JavaScript guru but he seemed to like me. I was asked to come in for an in-person interview that would last 3-4 hours. The first gentlemen I spoke with was very nice and he basically wanted to get a sense of who I was and the type of work I had been doing. Next was a two hour long skills assessment test. I was pretty nervous and didn't do great on it, but I was put off when they wanted to test my JavaScript abilities. I had already clearly stated that I didn't hand code JavaScript but that didn't seem to matter. The last guy I spoke with was very pleasant but I believe they had already made up their mind about not hiring me.

Question 1
The most difficult thing they wanted me to do was hand code JavaScript which I had already explained I didn't do, nor did the job posting mention anything about it.
