J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Publicis Sapient (Washington, DC) en janv. 2016
Entretien
First the hiring manager calls you via a Phone Screen; you then set up an in person interview where you meet with two different managers to get an overview of your personality/ background. You'll then be given a case study and have to come up with a process for solving the problem in front of you. you'll review that with one of your interviewers as if they were your client. finally, you'll review the good/ bad from that and wait for an offer.

Started with a recruiter “in house” contacting me. Went through some interviews on the phone. Last interview was in person. The in person interview took about two hours. You will answer culture questions and they’ll see how you fit in their company.
