At first they asked me to do a self introduction, and they started by asking simple Python technical questions, and then the conversation was led by whatever we were talking about, the attitude was very nice and helpful.

First round was a phone w HR then the
Second round was a interview with manager then the
Third round was a techincal interview and last but not least
fourth round was a non techincal interview

Entretien
An internal recruiter reached out, called to inform me of what publicis is and what they do. The recruiter explained the tech stack involved in the role and told me the next steps were to talk to a hiring manager. The recruiter did not ask me any questions at all and just informed me of the role. The next day I was emailed and was informed that they would not be moving forward with me. My advice for the recruitment process would be to not reach out to candidates they aren't willing to hire in the first place, otherwise it's just a waste of everyone's time
