The hiring process is surprisingly fast. The questions were all technical, very straight forward. Not much soft skills, ethics or behavior questions. I thought it was not legit at first, since I am in a position where I interview applicants in my current position. And I always ask soft skill and behavior and team fit type of questions.

All technical questions and project management type questions.
3 rounds I talked to supervisor, Associate director, and director. They were friendly, but direct in their questions. They also have time for me to ask questions back. Behavioral questions for the most part.

The interview process was slow. I spoke to the recruiter twice before meeting with an actual team member. First time said I wasn’t a good fit then wanted to interview me again for the same role.

Was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screening, then 2 30 minute Teams interviews with the hiring managers about a week or so later. Regular interview questions, like tell me about yourself and your experience.
