The interview was split in 3 parts. In the first part, I had a meeting with the creative and associate creative director to get to know each other and discuss my ambitions and my background. The second part was a creative task based on former real briefs of the company. The third and last part was an interview with HR and the Head of Comms.

I submitted my resume and writing portfolio, then I had to do a writing test (given a few hours to do it) before a physical interview with the creative director.

It was a friendly and positive experience. I was welcomed by the people who interviewed me. They showed a great interest in my work and beliefs with much respect. Since I got the job I am satisfied.
