The interview process was confusing: I received an automated reply to choose time for pre-screening, I picked my option and received an invite w/o link to zoom/teams with the note it would be a phone call. The recruiter never called me, I sent a follow-up email and then reached out directly via LinkedIn. The recruiter asked to reschedule and asked what time would work. Once provided, they never replied, and then I received an automated rejection message. I appreciate I might not be the best fit, but the process was super weird.
