The process of speaking with HR and the hiring manager was fine and pretty fast. I was told that I would hear back but was ultimately ghosted. It definitely left a sour note on the experience. I write this to let other applicants know that you should not be discouraged and to continue to apply to other companies. Being ghosted is not a reflection on your abilities did but it is a reflection the company's internal practices so keep on applying as there are bigger and better things awaiting us 😁
