I was greeted and given an immediate tour of the facilities (which was nice). The interview was pleasant and the gentleman who interviewed me was kind, thorough and transparent. He created a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Thankfully he skipped the traditional "typical" interview questions and engaged in a more thoughtful, honest conversation, which I greatly appreciated.
