15 minute phone call interview to start, followed by a 30 minute zoom interview, concluding with a 30 minute interview in the office. The overall process is very easy and mostly asks why you would want to work for Prudential and if you are alright with the pay.

I had a one on one with a a recruiter then was moved forward further into another interview process. I'll go in today with one of the managers to have another conversation which will be more traditionally interview based.
