Got called by the HR to schedule an interview with the hiring manager and the office manager for 3 weeks out. Then waited another month for them to finish interviewing all the candidates.

There were five rounds of one on one interviews, that were conducted virtually with at least two interviewers. with the final interview being with an HR specialist to determine personality and leadership fit.

The interview was fairly straight forward. I interviewed with an HR rep first and then the hiring VP. Then the team in a panel interview and the VP over the department.
