I could not make it past the pre-recorded interview stage, so unfortunately I cannot describe what the in-person interviews are like. However, similar to most of the entry-level positions (and maybe certain higher-up positions as well), I was given a "virtual interview" where I was shown a video of an employee asking a behavioral question, which I had to answer by talking in front of my webcam. I personally felt that the interview format was awkward because I was not able to talk to an actual person and I was given a specific amount of time (around 30 seconds) to prepare for each question, which added to the pressure. I know that many companies do this, but I am personally not a fan of this format and would prefer to speak to a recruiter on the phone. Keep in mind that this was also one of my first interviews for an entry-level, post-college job, and I had little experience answering behavioral questions.
