initial interview was a phone screen by an internal recruiter. the next step was an interview with the national admin services manager. third step was software testing, but instead of the standard practical test, these were textbook questions that really threw me for a loop, followed by an unannounced timed "why are you the best candidate" essay where your test ends if you open a Word document. testing was followed by another live interview with local team you would support.

Standard Interview Process. There were three stages. Interviewer asked your standard interview questions that include background and wanting to learn more about my career goals. Interviewer was thoughtful and thorough with their questions.
It was a good process, took time to get to know me and was very interested and personable. Explained the job well and asked questions pertaining to my experience and the job.
