I was approached by Prudential recruiters 2 times asking me to apply online because they had received a good feedback from my previous interview at prudential for which i wasn't selected (Strange but true).I was asked technical question related to the job and i answered them all. Two times they kept me on buffer saying that i was highly experienced compared to the job requirement and therefore they decided position to offer position to someone else (what a waste of time). They kept me on hold for 2 weeks even though they knew that i had other job offers that i kept on hold because of prudential and they kept on emailing me asking me if i am still available. Basically they were waiting for someone to turn down their offer so that they can move on to next candidate. I was really disappointed due to this experience. Two times during the interview i was informed by interviewers that they really liked my skills and approach. Third time another recruiter asked me if i was interested and i told her that never in my life i would come back to prudential. I requested them to remove my information from their database so that they could never approach me again.

The first step consisted of HireVue behavioral questions. The next step was a HireVue coding assessment with some video questions about your approach to the problem and your general coding experience.

Entretien
First, phone Interview with a recruiter asking about my background. Then a phone Interview with the lead also asking about my background and some behavioral questions. Finally Onsite Technical.

Entretien
The interview process is multi tiered, a total of 3 interviews, one with a recruiter, then with the director and then the director and two managers. Very simply questions, personality based. Post communication is somewhat lacking.
