Interview Process was quick Culture of the company is so bad. Suggestion for the people who are looking for work life balance - Pls donot go for this one. No proper work timings + Saturday working is utter stupidity. India’s corporate culture needs revamping

To much time consuming, repeated conversation over an over , timings for interview are mostly late Evening, which may indicate extra working hours in hr as well. Ambiguity in onboarding process , very spontaneous decesion making
