I applied online, uploaded my resume. Their automation system said "I'm qualified for the fast track" - or something along those lines - I was then sent an automatic email - instructing me to do short-timed coding tasks on Codility - one of which dealt with the Streams API of NodeJS which I was not too familiar with (I have a lot of experience, but there are still some things I haven't dealt with before, obviously) - so it took me extra time and I could not submit a good working solution in the time limit. I explained the situation in an email.
NO ONE replied.
After a few days I simply got a generic automatic rejection email.
After a few months I tried to apply again (since the first time they saw my skills as suitable, and I since covered the Streams API).
Two days after I got an automatic rejection email saying: "We're sorry, but we can't tell you why: "Unfortunately we cannot provide specific feedback, due to the volume of applications we receive everyday).
I guess it was because of the previous attempt.
Anyway - a VERY IMPERSONAL experience - everything was automatic emails and tests - ZERO human interaction, feels like this company is completely run by robots.
