Uncoordinated. The recruiter called for the initial phone screen, followed with a phone interview with the hiring manager and ended with a panel interview in person with 2 people and with 1 over the phone. The was a serious disconnect between the HR department and the hiring team. I was left in the dark as to the decision they made and only after I called the HR rep and did not hear back, I called the hiring manager who had the HR rep email me to tell me I was not chosen. This was about 2 weeks after I should have heard from them. I made it far enough enough into the process (final 2 I would guess) that they paid for travel, lodging and meals, but couldn't even call me to tell me I didn't get the job.
