I have been scheduled 3 times for 3 different locations. The interviewer has not shown to any. When I tried to reschedule through their link I was sent an email saying that my rescheduled interview has been canceled. Weeks later I received a call saying that another candidate was chosen and asked if I wanted an interview for another position. This is unacceptable. If another candidate had already been chosen then I should’ve been advised before instead of wasting my time preparing and showing up to this video interview. I do not see them aligning with the values of the company. No thank you.

The interview process I recently went through was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. My interview was rescheduled multiple times, I met with individuals who weren't relevant to the role I applied for, and despite applying in January, my application still remains under consideration with no update. Upon contacting the lead recruiter, I learned that my recruiter had left the company midway through the process, leaving me in limbo. Promised follow-ups never materialized, and three months later, I'm still waiting. I've faced ghosting from employers before, but this level of neglect and unprofessionalism is unparalleled. Even if offered double the salary, I wouldn't accept a position here. The recruitment process reflects how a company operates, and if they can't manage their hiring process, I doubt they'd treat employees any better.
