3 interviews. Recruiter said they would be back to me within a specific time period and never reached back out. Very disappointed in the process and follow up. It only takes a few minutes to get back with a candidate and let them know the outcome instead of leading them on for over a month. It’s disrespectful and unprofessional to take advantage of someone’s time they’ve put forth in interviewing for the position.
