Have to pass the robobot questions in their online application process, so be sure to use key words to get to the next step of getting to a recruiter interview. Next step was a panel interview within a couple weeks. It took another 2 weeks to find out if I got the job, but only when I followed up with the recruiter,

Where do you see yourself in 2 to 5 years? What skills and attributes do you have that will transfer to this job. The panel interview consisted of many questions based on (Situation, Action, Result) basis.
