I first interviewed with HR as a general screen. After that I was recommended to interview with the nurse managers for the unit. There were behavioral questions, nursing situation questions, and a few questions that allowed the managers to get to know me more. At the end there was time for me to ask questions. Overall it was a smooth process.

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Providence (Mission Hills, CA)

The interview was a group interview. Youre in a room with 5 other questions. 90% of the questions were scenario based and everyone had different questions. You are then given a case study to work on with other interviewees.

Question 1
Describe a situation where you gave false hope and how did you address it?
J'ai passé un entretien chez Providence (Burbank, CA)
Entretien
it was a 3 person panel in a conference room, the interviewers provided minimal feed back but were reassuring when I felt I was stumbling a lot. Overall I felt really unsure but I think that was due to lack of preparation on my part.

Entretien
I applied online for the Burbank location. I then got a text survey. Then I was able to schedule my in person interview. I was interviewed by a panel of three nurses. They asked six behavioral questions, and then one case study. I just felt from the start of the interview that the interviewers were very cold towards me, and not very welcoming even though I had a very positive attitude and I went in confident. The way that they were towards me just turned me off to the entire hospital in general and made me rethink if this was even a hospital i’d want to work at. They update you if you got the job 2-3 weeks later (just did my interview yesterday)
