I applied online and approximately three weeks later received a call for an interview. The interview was done in a round table format, with several employees choosing from a list of pre-packaged questions for about 45 minutes. About a week or so later I received a call for a second interview, which followed the same format. I was told I would hear from them soon. It was soon, but it was in the form of a vague voicemail from an HR recruiter based in another city that I'd never met. The whole process seemed unnecessarily drawn-out and over-the-top for such a simple position. Candidates who go through the whole process in addition to their individual prep work should be extended the courtesy of a simple answer from someone present during the interview process.

I have been interviewed many times, but they have always been unable to respond due to the reference check or some other internal hiring issue. I was overqualified as I thought for the positions but I always not get hired so very confusing hiring methods.
